Hello and welcome to the 3rd Funtastic Friday of 2026! This week, here in northern Nevada we have finally gotten some sunshine, after almost 3 weeks of rain and overcast skies. Not that I mind the rain or the overcast but I was beginning to forget what sunshine looked like! Usually, February is pretty mild and even on the warmer side so we will see what next month brings us.
Here is an oldie but a goodie: thinking about going back to college? Finishing a degree that you got sidetracked from? Maybe just beginning a degree program? I went back to school at 43 and earned my Associates of Registered Nursing! I then completed a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in the next 11 years, mostly while working full-time (those were online programs so made things easier). I have updated my TIPS FOR RETURNING TO COLLEGE post if you are interested in doing just that!
