Garden Salad

Easy, simple,  summery goodness! We have lots of delicious cherry tomatoes and pear tomatoes growing in our garden.  I love the taste of homegrown tomatoes, don't you?  I even love tomato and cheese sandwiches during the summer.

I have an easy and colorful recipe that is nutritious, too! My family loves this salad.  I serve it with sourdough or French bread and yum!

GARDEN SALAD

Cherry or Pear tomatoes, washed and sliced in half
Cucumber, peeled and sliced
Avocado, peeled and cut into chucks
Feta cheese chunks
Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Brianna's brand Strawberry Vinegarette

Add all to large bowl and toss.  Serve with dinner rolls or bread of your choice.
