CHRISTMAS IN JULY 2022

I'm guessing "Christmas in July" is still a thing so thought I would share a few of our previous posts that could give you a jump on Christmas decorating or gifting.

First up, followers of this blog know that I love to make inexpensive and quick wreaths.  Most of my wreaths I make to go on headstones of family members at our local cemetery.  I do make them throughout the year and for different seasons.  Here is a link to the Christmas wreaths and included within is a tutorial link.  Click HERE.

Next, the FELT SANTA STUFFED WITH GOODIES has been popular over the years.  Believe me, I have made plenty of those for teacher gifts, Visiting Teaching/Ministering gifts, neighbor gifts, etc.  They sew up quickly, can be made with very little felt and supplies and I fill mine with wrapped chocolates.  Fun!

Finally, even if you have the PERFECT gift, you don't always have the PERFECT gift bag.  You can use kraft bags and holiday fabrics with a bit of iron-on fuse and make you own!  Be creative and personalize for the recipient!  Maybe even make a few bags to give as gifts themselves.  Tutorial can be found HERE.
