We woke up to snow (about 3 inches) here in Northern Nevada today. This winter, we have mainly had rain, with some snow in the mountains. I know we need it for this summer but driving in it is not my most favorite thing to do.
This week, I shared a post on RAISING SILKIE CHICKENS. We have a total of eight chickens in our backyard flock and two are Silkies. They are cute, funny little creatures and often good with kids. Take a read and see if you Silkies are for you!
