Speaking of doing things for yourself, THE WELLNESS GALS will be bringing New Year's wellness to you! Staci and I will be overseeing a Weight Loss/Fitness/health Challenge beginning 1/14/19. It will be done via private Facebook group or email (if you don't have Facebook)--a very small registration fee will apply but only to pay for PRIZES!
