FUNTASTIC FRIDAY LINK PARTY AND DIY BABY GIFT

Hello, friends! Thanks for spending time on our site. This week in Northern Nevada, it is HOT! We have also had some rain so a bit humid, too. I won't complain much as I am not one who likes the cold. I do try to get out early and water my plants: tomatoes, squash and I have a variety of flowering plants. My backyard faces East so the Sun hits there first thing. I won't lie, though, I love Summer! It brings memories to mind of being a care-free child. What seasons are you fans of?

This week I shared a post on homemade BABY BURP CLOTHS. While not my tutorial, I made some this week and share the tutorial with you!

Onto the party!

  5. Oh, good! Someone else who loves Summer as much as I do! 1 week of Fall and 1 week of Winter are more than enough for me ~ then back to Spring & Summer! I live north of Dallas where it gets pretty toasty in the Summer (but it's been cloudy and 80s-90s this year so far, although triple digits next week). Last Winter was literally 1 week of snow and then warm again ~ I have Ugg flip flops (the traditional tan suede with fleece under the straps) which I can wear most of the winter with longer boot-cut jeans over them (haha). Thanks for hosting! Catch y'all again next week.

    1. I get it, Cindy--I am not one for the cold. Once Christmas is over, I am ready for Spring! Thanks for joining us.

  6. Morning, and thanks for this party, Donna and team. Happy summer and weekend. I prefer cooler weather, but that's just me, I wilt in the heat.

    1. Hi, Esme. Thanks for joining us each week! Yes, it can get a bit toasty but in the winter, I have to be brave due to the cold lol.
