ReplyDeleteThank y'all (and especially Michele) for featuring my Pumpkin Carrot Lasagna! It's crazy how many savory things you can actually put pumpkin into! It just makes things creamier (and also has lots of vitamins) ~ good in mashed potatoes and chili (as a thickener) and doesn't even have that much of it's own flavor (it's the spices that everyone notices most in stuff). Thanks again!
