FUNTASTIC FRIDAY 207 AND NEW YEAR'S HEALTH CHALLENGE

Hello, everyone!  Hope you are enjoying this busy, delightful season of the year!  Don't forget to take time for yourself!

Speaking of doing things for yourself, THE WELLNESS GALS will be bringing New Year's wellness to you!  Staci and I will be overseeing a Weight Loss/Fitness/health Challenge beginning 1/14/19.  It will be done via private Facebook group or email (if you don't have Facebook)--a very small registration fee will apply but only to pay for PRIZES!  If you are interested in learning more, please email us at gethealthy@thewellnessgals.com and we will send you an informational email right after Christmas!  In the meantime, visit us by clicking the link above or visiting our Facebook page HERE.
